2023-05-29 14:50:35 +0000 UTCYeah , so happy to have someone like the brothers react to this show... and how curious tho , despite paying attention and reading subs and whatnot they still talk and have the time for jokes and stuff.. because apparently, according to some reactors it's impossible to pay attention and talk at the same time lol .. but I digress

2023-05-27 04:41:43 +0000 UTCTo explain certain things and details that the Light Novels revealed, teased, and elaborated on up to this point in the anime/story (So no spoilers). Firstly, Tsa (Platinum Dragon Lord) is a native of the New World (AKA this Isekai fantasy world the story takes place in), hence why the subs were styled and spelled that way when he was talking about Players and NPCs. Secondly, regarding his line to “ainz” (Pandora’s Actor) “Everything began with the misuse of our powers”. While it hasn’t been outright confirmed, the LNs have heavily hinted that Tsa’s father (the Dragon Emperor) along with other Dragon Lords that supported him were the ones responsible for the summoning Players, NPCs, Guild Bases, and Items from YGGDRASIL like Ainz, Nazarick itself (along with all the NPCs and Items within it), the Six Great Gods that the Slane Theocracy worship, the Eight Greed Kings, and the Evil Deities into the New World. A popular fan theory within the Overlord fandom is that the Dragon Emperor did this because he became consumed by his greed and attempted to gain even more power for himself by attempting to summon powerful magical items from other dimensions/realities. Thus, this led to the Dragon Emperor discovering the World Items from YGGDRASIL and trying to bring them forth to him. But as an unforeseen consequence (most likely due to the World Items being video game Items and not actual magical artifacts), this resulted in the summoning spell malfunctioning and causing some sort of magical backfire encompassing everything within the area surrounding the World Items (guild bases, players, NPCs, and items). And as a result, all of them were not only transported to the New World, but also scattered across different time periods throughout its timeline. This was hinted at by the Theocracy in episode 3 of this season when they said that their legends claim that new “gods” (i.e. Players and/or NPCs) tend to appear (give or take) once every 1 to 2 centuries. And to further elaborate on Tsa’s backstory (again this is all just speculation, pieced together from little tidbits and offhanded comments from the story within the Light Novels, which the anime has thus far covered so these aren’t spoilers), the reason he hates Players (and anything from Yggdrasil in general) is because their presence has greatly affected the natural order/balance of power within the New World. From the “tainting of their Wild Magic” (the original system of magic in this world before Tier Magic) to the Dragon Lords near extinction at the hands of the 2nd wave of Players, the 8 Greed Kings, during a war between the two of them (one such casualty of this war is believed to be his mother). As for he relationship with Riku, it was stated that among the legendary group known as the 13 Heroes (whose ranks included the old lady Rigrit, Evileye, the black knight who wielded the 4 swords of darkness, the dwarf king, and Tsa in his platinum armor disguise) 2 of its members were in fact Players. However, they ended up fighting and mortally wounding each other. While one was killed in the fight, the other apparently felt so guilty about killing his friend, that he refused to be healed or resurrected. However, many (including myself) believe that what really happened was that the Platinum Dragon Lord actually pitted the two against each other and then murdered the survivor and that Riku was the name of one of the Players. Hence why he said “My hands are already dirty” when was begin to (apparently) reminisce about the name Riku. With all that said, and the author Maruyama finishing up the story in 2 more Vol.s, it stands to reason that the last Vol. will deal with Ainz and Nazarick finally confronting the Platinum Dragon Lord in the flesh. As he’s the closest thing the story has to a final boss.

2023-05-27 00:11:17 +0000 UTCpandoras actors copy has 80% of the stats of the original so it was a relative to a lvl80 ainz vs a lvl 90 so warrior. so there's is a huge gap in the power platinum has viewed not taking in account for the world items ainz has

2023-05-26 23:33:14 +0000 UTCjust to answer your question at the end of the video. There is a movie in the making to wrap up just about everything that is currently in the light novels. In regards to the time line, the movie takes place in the middle of season 4. It mostly involves the holy kingdom (The nation that Ainz is sending food/supplies to). One of these supplies was raided by a Noble of the kingdom, and this is everything we see from episode 9 and onwards (the month time skip between 8 and 9 is the movie). But to summarize there is only 4 LN left of the series. 2 of which are already out but haven't been portrayed yet by the anime. Following the current pattern, after the movie releases there will be one final season. Unless the anime decides to continue after the LN ends.
