Even more than the actual massacre itself, the scenes where Sasuke returns to the Uchiha district and just walks through the empty streets is the absolute saddest part. Even worse, after knowing all the context now, rewatching these scenes is SO much sadder now :( If Itachi wanted Sasuke to hate him and become stronger from it, he did a good job. Usually I'm not a fan of long flashbacks or overused ones, but these past few episodes were exceptions for me. Even if the flashbacks still left me confused, they were still interesting. But now, it's time for just fighting! I also loved that lightbulb moment you had when you realized the significance of Sasuke calling Naruto his closest/best friend xD
