It's also interesting how each of the Sannin have an underling with them here too, though it would've been more thematic if Kabuto were replaced with Sasuke and Shizune with Sakura, but I know that's not really a fully established dynamic until like the last episode of part 1 and the first 3 or so episodes of Shippuden lol.

2020-03-10 20:07:48 +0000 UTCTo be fair to Kabuto, he's partly right. Naruto doesn't hit any of the major checkboxes of being a ninja lol. He's not stealthy, he's not quiet, he's not particularly skilled, graceful, or precise with his moves. He's not very quick or discreet. These are all things that Sasuke is. Naruto's powerful, but bright orange outfits,giant summons, flashy destructive techniques, and being loud with very stand-out behavior is not at all ninja like xD Nothing about his appearance or actions is subtle. Take his Oodama Rasengan for instance. That's even less subtle than Rasengan lol. That and, in this battlefield, he is very out of his league. IF the Nine-Tailed Fox were FULLY released? That would be different, but just Naruto with the Nine-Tails' chakra isn't much of a threat at his base level. But he's still full of surprises. And like I said before, it's funny how all of the Sannin have their own handicaps here xP
