NARUTO EPS 53 UNCUT

anyway the eps itself is hilarious,
i think Jiraiya is soooo much similar to Naruto in terms of personality?
and the thing about Sannin ninjas is the thing that makes me curious the most, i want more stories!!

My other comment's gonna seem confusing now because editing the other one made it disappear lol. Eh, I said while I prefer Orochimaru, I still love Jiraiya because of his personality, and as far as you've seen so far, you can see the parallel between Jiraiya/Orochimaru/Tsunade and Naruto/Sasuke/Sakura. The bit with Itachi I mentioned stems from an old debate that arose from the encounter you saw between Itachi, Kisame, and Jiraiya. In the manga, Itachi and Kisame were talking about Naruto and saying "It would either be a draw or we would both be killed", and then saying "Even with more men, the result would be the same". Since those "more men" would be the other Akaktsuki, that doesn' tmake much sense. If it would be a draw, then adding more people on either side would definitely change that. They were talking about Naruto because they then said "his" guard is one of the Sannin. But also, when Itachi and Kisame then left after Jiraiya interfered, Kisame even asks Itachi why a retreat was necessary for Itachi specifically, and Itachi doesn't disagree. The reason he gives has nothing to do with Jiraiya. It was just an old age-long debate that always bugged me. Jiraiya's around Orochimaru's level, and Orochimaru said he had to give up on Itachi because Itachi was stronger than even him. In the fight they had when Jiraiya was trying to get Tsunade to be the new Hokage, it's hard to tell who exactly was stronger because both Jiraiya and Orochimaru were handicapped, but there I'd probably give the edge to Orochimaru. His lack of arm/jutsu use was pretty debilitating. But still, despite how silly Jiraiya seems, he's still really strong and knows how to get serious!

The old Itachi vs Jiraiya debate I mentioned is referring to their brief interaction that you've already seen. I used to be an avid part of that lol.
