Honestly, whether or not Lilie has sex with her husband seems to me to be a waste of time, time that could have been invested in progressing the story, I'm not a fan of ntr and I honestly don't consider it netorare since the story is based on netori to my understanding but that scene just seems like a waste of time to me. These scenes should not even be seen since the Mc does not witness them, in the end it is as if there were several protagonists instead of just one. You should make a decision if you are going to do it as multiple protagonists or with only one MC because it has nothing to do with each other, you show us something that the MC is not aware of and he doesn't care because she is married. In the long run, if she is unfaithful, it is because her marriage is in trouble or she simply fell into temptation. I expect a character development and the Mc not to be so pushover or weak, there are already some choices that are on a better path but I hope that the choices we make are reflected in the dialogues and actions and are not simply for that scene but truly reflect the decisions we make and that change of attitude. By the way NTR, when a LI of the MC has sex with another man/woman, you definition doesn't make sense xd, the MC has sex with other MEN? and these MEN are WOMEN that the MC likes? P.S. You could create a codex and place the biography information of the characters there.
