I don't think that she can give birth to twins :D The thing with the pregnancy repeats itself, after the baby disappears, you can get her pregnant again and again and so on. There's nothing new to see.

On PC you will need to create a new text file with the name "unlock.rpy", type in that "init 99 python: config.developer = True" and drop it in the game folder. Now you can just click the "Wi-fi" icon in main hero's phone and all should work.
