And here's a little treat, see if you can find and identify six spooky figures hidden within her fear inducing cloud of pollen.

Well, I'd say the best way to put it is Phoebe's powers trigger instinctual fear. The chapter she's introduced in points out everyone has a fear of some kind and "Only a Fool knows no fear."
