Tier Pricing Change: Everything you need to know

So let's talk about why I need to change the pricing for Tier 1 and Tier 2. This should give all the context you need in order to vote in this poll regarding the change, in case you need the full picture before weighing in.

Yes! If there's a way to keep a Tier 1 that's accessible to those who need it I would happily subsidize.

Because you are still the creator that offers the most value for the price and not just that,you also offer that to a reasonable price in my opinion.. I see other creators have the same price (like the hig tier) or higher and offer less than you do for the lower tiers. I started at the lower tiers. I will also stick around even if you raised the higher tiers. It boths what you offer and and at least to mee that you make everybody feel welcome both here on Patreon, discord and youtube.

I think you hold yourself to a very high standard that not a lot of reactors do, and you are absolutely justified in raising your prices. I think you're under-pricing tbh (you're giving way more value than $1/2 a month and this is a pattern I've seen in a lot of female creators which kinda sucks). I understand that you want to make it accessible for everyone though and that's also admirable. I'll definitely stay and would still stay if you chose to raise it higher. Hope the financial pressure is less this year, and thank you for all the content!

What an odd move from Patreon, sorry about that. <3

2025-02-17 20:04:09 +0000 UTCI'm at tier 3. At $5/month that's tier one for most of my other Patreon memberships. Brittany, if there were a tier between $5 and $20 I could justify an increase - maybe consider one more tier in there?

2025-02-17 19:33:19 +0000 UTCI’m at a higher tier and would probably still continue if you raised that as well. However, I really appreciate that you have kept lower tiers low. As many have raised prices I switched to swapping most of my memberships around month to month to not go over a monthly budget. I appreciate the explanation, and understand the need to raise prices for the benefits received. If you ever need to raise them significantly more, I would just hope that you add a lower tier with less benefits, so that it’s still an option.

Frankly, I've felt the lower tiers have always been a bit more modest than most other Patreons I've joined since. You were the first Patreon I ever joined and the only one I've stuck with the entire time too. Raise your prices if you need to. You ain't getting rid of me (and I'm assuming a lot of other people on here) that easily.

2025-02-17 18:27:06 +0000 UTCI actually really appreciate you taking this as seriously as you are, not only do other creators charge a lot more for their content (which is 100% understandable, its a business after all), other content creators really act too nonchalant and even excited sometimes when making their tiers more unnaffordable for more people, and it personally throws me off of some creators, that mentality, so although, sure, it may be a tad bit of an over reaction, i too prefer you to overreact over a dollar increase than for you to acting excited over skyrocketing the pricing lmao. i will of course me staying at tier 2. much love :3
