When she was like 'oh yeah my mother died when I was 12 and then I went to work in this nice house with these nice boys' I only vaguely picked that up, but then we get it repeated again I was like, shit. You know, I do feel sorry for her, I don't think she's narcissist, she doesn't tick all the boxes, but I couldn't begin to say what mental problem she does have, maybe 'tv crazy'?
