People should be careful with spoilers. Try not to say even the smallest one that she can experience the series fully untouched. I am sure she reads the Patreon comments so be extra careful. Especially the episodes before the finale and the huge twists. They are so far away. Even small wink wink, nudge nudge hint to certain things can be too much in their context. I mean one of my friends is such a spoiler purist, she doesn't want to know even the smallest hint. I have been very careful myself even though I would like to talk about everything with you lot about WOH already. 💜😊

Thank you for the reaction, I needed it so much. This is the ep right after ZSS starts to accept his love for WKX and it really shows. Like they're both shining so much in this ep, it's blinding. Seeing ZZS' smile just makes me so happy, like he finally has someone likeminded to spend his last few years with. And ofc WKX goes full throttle with his flirting. This episode is really when a lot of new things get introduced. First off, Cao Weining is a clumsy flirt and we love him. “There’s a man who admires you secretly” Honey, you ain’t that subtle. Also casually confirms the Wenzhou relationship from an outside perspective, because why not? On the other (gay) side though, there is so much good flirting in this episode! The whole “kneel for me and call me master” scene is a masterpiece in and of itself, all while delivering exposition about the way the disguises work, which we then need a few minutes later to understand what is going on. Perfection. Zhou Zishu thinks Wen Kexing is Rong Xuan’s son. Wen Kexing denies this. I won’t say more on this except that I love having a protagonist who has a brain cell and thinks about the pieces of information he’s been given so far. It’s a small scene but I love what we see of the dynamic between Luo Fumeng/Tragicomic Ghost and Liu Qianqiao/Beauty Ghost. Qianqiao caring for her master by having medicine prepared and trying to make sure she’ll be fine without her, Luo Fumeng in turn reminding Qianqiao to take rain gear because it will rain. And then later we see her with the umbrella! I love them. And then the relationship between Qianqiao and Sect Leader Yu is a whole other can of worms. As you said, nearly a whole other drama unto itself. And lastly, an icon has arrived! There is obviously a lot to Ye Baiyi you haven’t seen yet, but I am sure you’ll enjoy him immensely. He is an asshole but he’s also very capable, so there’s nothing anyone can do about it, and everyone knows it. It’s very entertaining. Now I’m VERY curious to what you thought about episode 14…
