Lol the comments while waiting for the link were so great! Back to the ep. Like the conscious revealing of his true face, Ah Xu one again chooses to reveal more of himself while WKX shies away. Though he was telling Cheng Ling, in effect, he was trying to reach out to WKX, to let him that he was not clean as well, and from there hoping that WKX would choose to trust him more. This is gonna be the modus operandi (and the reason why Ah Xu makes ones heart ache). Another thing is that Ah Xu was only 16, 2 years older than Cheng Ling, when the weight of the manor fell unexpectedly and fully on his shoulders. Unlike Cheng Ling, he didn’t have two pseudo dads to depend on tho. T_T

Soooo much happens in this episode. Yes, it's a short break up. I always chalk this up to them being solid adults already. They fight for a bit, storm out, binge drink the night away, then come home and make up. No prolonged teen drama. A Xu smiling while accepting Chengling as his discipline is a crime. That man should not be allowed to use his face like that. Jesus, every time, his face gets me.

I think part of the reason we're almost at 900 comments is that this two in particular are generally among the fan favorite episodes. I know I end up crying every time during two of the scenes in episode 11 (one is when ZZS accepts JCL as his disciple, but I'm not gonna mention the other one because it's foreshadowing spoiler and I don't want to give clues haha). Anyway, the wait was well worth it! Looking forward to 12 too!

Okay, now that the link has arrived, time to comment on the actual video: I love how you’re still offended by the beauty of the sets and Wen Kexing The ladies are hot but they’re hurting our son. The conflict is real! Both zzs and wkx had great entrances because they’re dramatic bitches like that. Also, 5e dad energy in this episode is amazing! There’s a great short video out there on YouTube in which, after Scorpion King asks “How did those two devils end up together?” there’s a compilation of all the moments wkx ran after zzs and called him “A-Xu” up to this point. It’s like a minute or two long Chengling has more brain cells and backbone than he often gets credit for, but he’s also a baby with feelings. How can anyone not love him? But also I don’t know what’s more hilarious: That the only people he trusts are the former leader of a notorious assassin organization and the current leader of the Ghost Valley, or that that assessment is actually right. “You don’t have anybody’s head in there, do you?” That made me laugh out loud The dynamic between the five sworn brothers is quite interesting, especially since not all of them are alive to tell us about it, so there’s a lot of second-hand knowledge. Chengling trying to make Wenzhou make up is one of the cutest things in this show. And now he’s zzs’s disciple! Finally!
