And here I am, crying... :D You're so right, most western soundtracks are just putting conventional songs into a mix for their movie / tv show while here we have really deep character and story driven songs that were actually written for the show, additionally. Because these songs, except for the WangXian one, are not used in the show, as far as I know and I also think that's awesome, creative and inspiring. On the top of my head I only remember RWBY doing kind of the same thing for their season soundtracks, in western media. Can't wait for the Fatal Journey reaction, I have sooo many feelz about it. Really looking forward to what you'll think about it. :) β₯

ANd I already watched WoH and loved it with every cell in my body, so that's saying a lot. I hope you keep enjoying everything TU has to offer in terms of fanart, music, and (oh my god, you will never be ready for this one) fics. Huaisong can chase chickens AND be a mastermind. He can be both! HOLY SHIT the last song was so good. I've never heard that one. And music videos next?! YAY!

The songs really help on filling those gaps one could have after watching the series, related to the characters depht or their story in general. The song at the very end really reminded me of an anime opening β¨ somehow I missed it when listening to the Untamed playlist! What a joy to find a new track to cry to π
