Our next goal is even more dangerous: Shotgun Scenarios, a collection of dozens of short, standalone works. 

Imagine a shotgun blast hitting a victim. Imagine it hits at an angle perpendicular not in space but in time. Shotgun Scenarios features one-shots and two-minute terrors from Dennis Detwiller ("Control/Copy," "From the Dust," "The Strange Songs at Cold Spring Glen," "The Transformation of Henrietta Z" and more) and the rest of the Delta Green team. We are particularly excited to present a Delta Green update to "In Media Res," John Scott Tynes' 1993 scenario of a handful of dangerous strangers who find themselves without memories in a night of worshipful awfulness. (John, recently, on "In Media Res": "I ran that adventure three dozen times at game conventions all over the country and it produced some of the most memorable and spontaneous player choices and performances in all my career.")

Shotgun Scenarios  also invites a number of newcomers and old friends to bind their best creations into this volume of terrors. Ross Payton's "Bestow" and "Under New Management." Bret Kramer's "Unfriendly" and "Whereabouts Unknown." Kramer ("Last Things Last," The Arkham Gazette) and Caleb Stokes will work with editor Shane Ivey to curate this collection with ruthless zeal. We will sift the bones of two decades of astonishing creativity among Delta Green's fans, starting with our favorite winners of the yearly Shotgun Scenarios fan contest.

Every shotgun scenario will be edited and illustrated the same as all Delta Green books. Every writer who agrees to contribute their work will be paid the same as all Delta Green writers.
