Due to my Dropbox kicking the bucket, I was recently informed this had vanished from the possibility of download. Here it is in all its horror.
Assistant Medical Examiner for the City of New York, Dr. Henrietta Zimmerman is having a bad month. On 12 OCT 2017, she was called to the Tomassino Funeral Parlor near her home to perform an autopsy on a John Doe recovered at Mt. Neboh Cemetery in Brooklyn. She was technically on call, and the medical examiner was uninterested on coming out from Manhattan. It was hoped she would show up, find an obvious and uninteresting cause of death, and put it on the back burner. But that didn’t happen. After finding an odd puncture wound on the corpse, Zimmerman, a stickler, performed a full autopsy.
In the John Doe’s stomach, she found an odd 2”x4” scrap of parchment with strange writing on it. She took extensive notes, filed a report, and went home. A week later, she was missing. A week after that, the John Doe, forgotten in a freezer at Tomassino’s, went missing.
But Delta Green has seen this before. A team was called in...
