Rather busy. Don't think it will do much to grab the eye of someone unfamiliar with Delta Green.

The issue with the guy with the bloodied hand is that he looks photoreal, compared to the 'manual' artwork elsewhere. I love the picture of the guys in the NBC suits, the 'vibrating' guy in the bottom left is awesome as well. The fantastic cosmos artwork is lost in the background, as are the stairs leading to that cosmos. I want to be able to show this book to people that aren't familiar with Delta Green and have their interest immediately piqued. Maybe have the NBC suiters in the middle, perhaps one holding an AR-15, another with a tricorder, and a third with a moldering tome. Then use all the other images as small captions surrounding the NBC suiters (cf thought bubbles). All of this is then overlaid on top of the cosmos (i.e. it is a full page artwork in its own right).
