Recently patreon has been doing some major rework of their messaaging system thus several bugs seem to be present, I had a lot of problems accessing the backlog of messages so please let me know if you sent me a message in the past 3 weeks and still have not receive a response!
I think I answered everything but best to make sure!

I believe they are still accessible if you search for the message strings! at least thats how I looked one by one for the ones showing up on my email, however it is a very error prone approach, hope they tackle and squish the bugs soon! :D
