Librarium Statics - Eldritch Corruption III Base Release!

Howdy!

Meant to upload these earlier this week, but the designs proved challenging enough to warrant the extended period! Regardless, proud and excited to share with everyone today the release of Eldritch Corruption III as suggested by Charles W.!

 Eldritch Treant – Trees given life by eldritch powers or those treants corrupted by Shaccad'Yoggoth are found protecting castle gardens or bordering forests. Their bark takes on a grey or purple hur while the bark twists and burls into itself. Reddish eyes dot all of the branches and can be found all around the tree. Leaves cannot be found on these dead branches but small mushrooms grow on the trunk. 

Eldritch Wolves – the pack knows strength bending to the alpha and Shaccad'Yoggoth is the new alpha. Their fur has taken on dark black and purple hues. Their faces look normal until you notice their entire head opens like a plus sign revealing rows upon rows of sharp jagged teeth. Their once proud tails have become a singular grasping tentacle used to hold down prey while they feast.

 Eldritch Deer – Deer influenced by the eldritch power no longer run from things around them, but now thirst for flesh. The massive antlers grow larger with small eyes growing like pustules leaking black ichor. The head shows no sign of flesh only the skull remaining with sharp spikes where the eye sockets use to be. Parts of the chest show the ribs breaking through the skin while tentacles hang through the mouth. The fur has been turned a horrific black while the tail takes on a red hue. 

With this latest entry I really wanted these designs to feel truly feral and parasitic in nature, hopefully I hit that mark!

I had a lot of  fun designing these creatures! The wolf in particular went through multiple sketch revisions before finally arriving to that stance and design! The Deer felt like a perfect chance to play around with tentacle antler designs, and the treant, I wanted it to just felt like a true invaded organism! All in all I feel these creature designs should serve as solid mid tier level encounters!
