It refers to the chemical/thermal treatment you apply to the hair to set in anything from a wave to a super tight curl in the hair, but you can definitely choose the type of curl or wave you want. You can even get a straight perm. Also, thanks for the reaction! I can never join on Twitch, so I'm glad you upload here. Please don't feel like you're spamming. I love to watch your content so more is always good!

2022-04-06 20:31:37 +0000 UTCA Perm requires a certain technique. These days U can even Perm ur hair to be straight. Ur hair has a natural texture to it and a Perm is a process to change the natural hair texture for a longer duration of time than anything else.
