I've been creating lyric videos for Jim this week and Vlog Dave has been an incredible help. He's a German Language teacher so he's really good at explaining lyrics and stuff like that

Good call Jim, if not the nudity then all the new music videos get blocked instantly in YT. I really love this song, it's catchy as hell! And I really appreciate the gesture they did with their stage show in Moscow! They also carried the LGBT flag the to stage. I believe Paul and Richard continued to kiss at the end of this song during the tour.

So... since Rammstein never tells you what their songs are about, there is always a lot of speculation. Personally I think this song is about sex tourism. The colonial theme in the video to me, seems more like a parallell, than what it is actually about. Sex tourists and colonialists often share the same arrogance in thinking that what they do is in the interest of the natives in the country they travel to, rather than to their own benefit. Also, I've been told that the line 'Du kommen mit, Ich gemachen gut' is sort of like 'me love you long time'... Sorry to be a killjoy. But yes, the song is very dancey and fun, and the video is really funny and full of jokes.

They took the image of Richard and Paul kissing, put it on a shirt and wrote under it was ich liebe. What I love. <3 This is one of the reasons why I love this band so much. They don't shy away from reality and tough situations.

This song is just pure fun. One of the white kids at the end is Richards daughter I believe but I could be wrong. Loved your reaction Jim. Oh and btw I've been re doing Mein Teil for 100th time but I've learnt a trick which is making it deliver on what I want so I'll actually be happy with it. Thanks for the video Jim!
