In this tutorial, I cover how to generate cymatic inspired patterns using particles, grains, hieghtfields and calculating the gradient of height to produce a velocity force.

Should anyone read this and wonder why it's nearly impossible sometimes to see the actual strength of a vel field when building a custom vel field - deactivate "Detect Range" on the Volume Trail. I spent hours wondering why I am not seeing any change when manipulating a vel field in a volume VOP. That's why. I think it should be off by default, really.

It was very slow to view with the vulkan viewport for me, you can switch them to invisible with the primitive sop or switch to opengl viewport

Anyone else noticing severe crashes after building the XYZ volumes? Jeez.
