In this one, Oscar accidentally drives his car into the lake, and he and the tow truck driver try to figure out what to do about it.

2023-06-07 20:38:02 +0000 UTCWhen I was 19, a friend's car was being towed away and he reached in through the window to grab a cd and the tow driver ran up and got in his face and screamed that he was legally within his rights to use deadly force because we were interfering with official city business. We all laughed and the driver just got madder and madder.
