Not sure if anyone will see this since its an old ep, but I'm catching up. We have a sandwich place here in Montana that has cup bread. Not sure how else to describe it. They bake a tube of bread and cut it in half, pull out the inside, sell that as Bread Guts, and put sandwich fixings in the shell.
