I feel like rather than going all out at the beginning, Tessa is gonna start with a few drinks here and there, and then eventually get so drunk that she just starts going ham. That or jealousy gets the better of her and she goes for it anyway, its only a matter of time.

The fact that Tessa knows what will happen and it's eating her is so well drawn here and aika is gonna have one killer hangover but it's a cost for having a really fun time plus the feathers falling off means that aika's lifestyle choices are finally taking effect or since she's never had alcohol before maybe that's what causing the premature feather loss. And my God the build up is gonna be so worth it top teir page possibly a contender for top 10 best pages in this story

god damn, this whole sequence continues to be Up There with my favorites in the annals of Kip storytelling. Aika’s energy contrasted with Tessa’s smoldering resentment. The judgy gossip of the other girls underscoring how obliviously hedonistic Aika’s become. The overall sense that we’re reaching a breaking point for Tessa.
