Oven Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

The veggie side dish options seem to be something you guys want more of, so today let's make broccoli taste good!
This is actually a really easy way of adding some flavor to broccoli with just a couple of simple ingredients.
I had plans to post this a couple of weeks ago but as I was moving recipes around, I thought it would pair nicely with the Basil Pesto Pasta recipe that just posted a couple of days ago.
As most of you know, I always recommend pairing my recipes with a side of your favorite veggie. So I hope that these veggie recipes give you more easy options to help increase your fiber and micronutrients for the day.
I'm always open to suggestions and recommendations in the comments! So let's hear what veggie you'd like to see a recipe for.

We call these Broccoli Snacks. I do mine a little differently. I spread the florets out on a sheet pan, coat with oil and seasoning, bake for 15-20 mins at 400F. Then out of the oven sprinkle with Parmesan.

2023-04-22 02:19:38 +0000 UTCDefinitely gonna try this. Usually spray broccoli with an oil and sprinkle mrs dash on them and air fry. I fail to watch them so always comes out just a tad crisp. Lol.
