Peanut Butter & Jelly Baked Oats

There have been a LOT of requests for a peanut butter and jelly baked oats or overnight oats recipe. And now we have one! If there's enough interest in this one, we'll also post a recipe for an overnight oats version.

The brand of strawberry preserves that we used was Smucker's. It was just the regular version (not sugar free). So if you need to lower the carbs on this for some reason, you can try to sub in a sugar free version for your topping.

I goofed and added 1 cup of milk instead of 1/2 cup when I made it the second time and panicked thinking it wasn’t going to turn out as soon as the microwave finished and is saw it wasn’t cooked through, but a few more minutes in the microwave gave me the same thing with more volume actually 😋 (of course with the added calories also). I will be making it this way from now on for a BIG bowl of YUM!

Made this for Breakfast this morning, it’s great!!

I prefer quick oats. The other versions don't get as fine in my opinion.

New to the patreon because I needed more of the recipes! Tik Tok wasn't cutting it anymore but I am wondering if there is a certain kind of oats I should use for this! Plan on making it this week!

These are on the menu for this week. Trying them for breakfast, but they might be lunch. PB & J is a good lunch!

I bake mine and they are more of a cake consistency. I’ve definitely reheated in the microwave and they are good even a couple days later!

I’m also curious if one could bake off few servings and then microwave to warm up, or would they get too dry? I love the flavors and combos being shared, but found the cooking in the microwave texture/60-90secs/very rubbery

These look absolutely amazing!! I am curious if I could multiple recipes at one time and divide between the ramekins. I would cook the morning of. I am just curious how long the batter would be OK in the fridge.

Definitely need the overnight oats version

Would I need to make any additional changes if I sub almond butter for the peanut butter powder? We can’t do peanuts in our house.
