This month's sample meal plan is for 2,000 calories. This should be a very comfortable range for many people. Remember, fat loss is not about how little you can eat. It's about how much you can eat, while still making progress.

If this is the first sample meal plan you are seeing, these are meant to give you an idea of how you can use the Patreon recipes to build out a week of meals. All of my recipes are for 6 servings, so you can use 3 and freeze 3 if you want to use this format of not eating the same thing all week.

Sundays are left open as a "free day" to maybe eat with the family or do something fun like a restaurant.

These meal plans are not meant to be followed rigidly. Build them to fit your personal preference and keep the process as simple and enjoyable as possible.

Hi Zach, Which Fairlife shake did you use? The 26g protein? The 30g protein? or the 42g protein?

Hi Zach. Love watching your videos and preparing the meals. The app is great. The only challenge I find is portioning out the food for six Meals. I can never seem to get it even. Is there a measurement you use? Would each be approximately one cup…. More or Less? Thanks again. Love the recipes

Silly question...What's the "RTD" stand for in RTD fairlife shake? (Sunday snack).

Love the meal plan! I do have a question though. I'm plugging in the specific ingredients that I use, and a few of the recipes are clocking in about 100 calories higher than what you ended up getting for yours meaning that I'm cutting out the dessert or snacks. Any recommendations? I can't seem to find the right brands to make the calories closer to yours.

I love these meal plans! It takes a lot of the guessing work out of piecing together meals to make up the calorie intake and protein intake. We've done two of them that were around my set caloric intake needs and EVERYTHING has been a hit! My PICKY eater children are even loving these recipes and having a lot of fun helping me meal prep/make some of the recipes!! Hope we keep getting more of these to help busy families! I know my family greatly appreciates them!

Is there anything I can replace the egg with in the casserole or can I use another recipe? I can’t eat eggs and have struggled to find breakfast options since finding out. Thanks!
