Rocky Road is my favorite ice cream, so I'm really excited to share this one!
Be sure to read the notes page for important details about adding the marshmallows, chopped almonds, and chocolate chips.
Also, we actually made a version of this without the protein to test it out. It came out great as well. So for those of you that do not have chocolate protein powder on hand, you can make it without. Just follow the directions in the recipe and skip the protein powder. The macros and calories for this recipe without the 1/2 scoop of protein powder are below:

Yes you sure can. But you may need to add a little cocoa powder for the chocolate.

2022-11-13 17:20:41 +0000 UTCIt should be cakey for the most part. Some people do like theirs a little liquidy. But after 2 minutes, it should be cooked through. Are you heating on high? Have you tried it in the oven?
