Before anybody gets upset that this is sausage gravy with no biscuits, I have a solution in the note section of the PDF. So don't attack me just yet :)
Sausage gravy is my absolute favorite breakfast! The bad thing about ordering it at a diner/restaurant, in my experience, they never actually have sausage in the gravy. That's a big red flag for me! This one is filled with sausage!

Is there a way to make this with less fat?
2023-03-30 11:38:37 +0000 UTCOven method didn’t work as well for me. They aren’t browning. I up the temp then my smoke alarms went off 😬. I must have something in the bottom of the oven because they still aren’t browning.
