This was actually requested by a member of the Facebook support group so I figured I would give it a shot.
Many years ago, I was lucky enough to visit Thailand. I instantly fell in love with the food and I actually tried something similar to this. It was a long time ago, but I tried my best to recreate the flavors that I remember.

I tried this recipe tonight. I feel like 1.5 cups of rice isn’t enough. In the video it looks like a lot more than that.
