You know.....I was sitting around today thinking. I have a bad habit of thinking that only the best of the best meal preps are worthy of posting. Then I realized, I make little things like smoothies and snacks EVERY day and never think to share them. So why not post those? Small things like this may be helpful to some of you so I figured I would start sharing the them as well.
So here is a shake that I make on occasion when I want something sweet and a little more filling than my normal protein shake. If you guys want more content like this, please let me know and I will start sharing.
Be sure to read the last page of the PDF for tips on consistency! This can actually be made into a delicious ice cream. If that's something you all would like to see some recipes for, I can do that as well. Be sure to run out to Walmart and grab a bag of Xanthan Gum. It can be found in the baking aisle.
If you don't have cookies and cream protein, don't worry. This works just as well with a vanilla :)
