New Things Moving Forward 2021

Alright so I have a few changes and a few new things planned for all of you.

First, WIPS will now be for Tier 2 and 3, reasons for this the tier 2 people don't get a huge amount of stuff and I'd like to change that, I have plenty of WIPS to share and unfinished stuff that may never be finished.

Second, I know a lot of talk of will I have a server on discord for people to join ever happen? I have put a lot of thought into it and figure I'll work on making a server for those that are Tier 3 to join (I'm kind of a quiet person so please bare with me) this will give Tier 3's the highest priority to when I post commissions. I will post the link for people to join every month at the beginning of the month and only tier 3's will be able to join.
