GweMJ (and post-NYCC update!)

This is the first drawing I have done since the incredibly exhausting yet wonderful NYCC 🥹🥹🥹 If you know me and my work, you know that I want Peter, MJ, and Gwen to be together as a throuple. It’s just, like, so important 😭😭😭

NYCC was, as stated previously, a blast, though I still haven’t caught up on sleep in the days since. Unfortunately there were some people I missed (there always will be), and some people I just didn’t get the chance to chill with as I would like (especially all the Kinetic Collectibles besties), but overall, I got to see friends I love and meet wonderful new friends, as well!

My panel was very fun; despite my general awkwardness, I know how to be real and I am fucking funny as fuck tbh. I am also RIDICULOUSLY charming and charismatic in person (maybe it doesn’t read that way online, but this is just a true statement). Too, I am so fucking angry at capitalism and corporatism, and being in a crowd of mostly queer people, I think a bunch of them tended to feel the same.

Tiny Onion, the company started by James Tynion IV and for which I have done most of my work this year, is such a joy to be a part of! Love those folks so much! It’s my other favorite comics cluster hehehe.

I also very randomly and effectively accidentally ended up having dinner on the 101st floor of Hudson Yards??? It was a very wild experience; the dinner was delish and the most expensive I have ever eaten (thankfully my broke ass didn’t have to pay for shit, because one of the three of us wanted to expense the entire thing).
