I will polish the battle later, need to add a couple more attacks and rewrite the battle text. Access Dragoyle by finding the Pit of Despair in the Labyrinth. The Pit itself looks like a dead end... Just use Black Feather or Pooltoy Potion to fly/float yourself, allowing you to descend into it.
Beat her and you access a new shop. Lemme know if there are any glitches or anything.
