Next Character Sprite Poll

Since all of the permanent combat NPCs have sprites now, we can start working on sprites for secondary NPCs. These are characters who show up frequently, but do not participate in matches.
I'm not including Maya because she does participate in combat and will therefore require all the clothing layers, expressions, etc of the main NPCs. We'll deal with her sprite later, maybe make it a goal or something.
