This drawing features Batgirl in her Burnside costume. She's been defeated, lying on the ground as Poison Ivy, perched regally on a flower throne, takes control of the situation.
Ivy's using her powers to command a nearby flower, which is delicately spraying sleep pollen into Batgirl’s face, ensuring our heroine stays down. The contrast between Batgirl's struggle and Ivy's calm dominance really brings the scene to life.
