The villain of the piece is Petz from the Spectre Sisters. She's Sailor Jupiter's counterpart.
The two have an encounter in an alleyway. Rather than fight Sailor Jupiter, Petz catches her off guard and smashes a chloroform cloth in Jupiter's face.
As with my other birthday pieces, this one also comes with a fun pin-up drawing.

i love her but once again she has green eyes, lol edit: it looks like her eyes were updated in chloro shot to green? had 2 zoom but zoomed in they are green ๐
