Wonder Woman vs. Powergirl
Added 2020-10-25 01:24:04 +0000 UTCI really have to thank David Hughett for joining the Super Fan tier and suggesting this idea! We discussed an idea for a Wonder Woman KO scene, and settled on a sleeper hold KO. Now this is a type of KO I had never done before, so it was a learning experience.
I had to pick a character who could handle Wonder Woman's strength, hence the addition of Powergirl to the piece.
The piece captures the end result of a fight sequence between Powergirl and Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman has obviously lost, and Powergirl has to subdue her using a powerful sleeper hold. You can see Wonder Woman getting weak, about to close her eyes for a nice long nap!

Fantastic work SC, love the setting of the fight and how defeated Wonder Woman looks. Power Girl's got a nice tight hold on WW, and she's right on the cusp of going out. Nice angry look to PG as well, like she's giving it her all to knock out WW, which I like, it would take some strength to KO Diana this way, and PG could do it. Like the sunlight setting behind them too. Great work dude.

2020-10-25 02:55:40 +0000 UTCYou are very welcome! This is a very super-groovy KO-Peril pic! I wish that Lynda carter had been subdued in this fashion on the 1970s "Wonder Woman " TV-show. Her insect-themed opponent "Formicida" just might could have accomplished the same effect on our amazing Amazon, I think. But Power Girl is an even better opponent! You did a fantastic job, and I really love the pic.
