OC Month: Lunaria
Added 2020-10-12 23:45:52 +0000 UTCI'm really excited to share this one with you all. Lunaria is a character from Tales of Somneria, a series of stories by BungleBing. The stories are set in a fantasy world of elves and pixies, with Lunaria being a white haired elven archer. Lunaria, along with her travel companions Fiona, Song and others, find themselves getting KO'd and captured all the time. This character was suggested by a super fan, Juanca29.
In one particular story (Chapter 5), the group of girls come across a campsite during their travels. When they approach the campsite, it appears as if no one is there. Suddenly, they are all grabbed by invisible people, with white chloroform soaked clothes all covering their mouths.
The challenge of a piece like this, is capturing an invisible figure chloroforming the damsel. In my drawing, you can see a faint outline of the invisible figure, with the cloth fully visible over Lunaria's mouth.
I used a drawing by Telikor as a reference to Lunaria's costume, but also added some additional details that I thought made sense.
This piece is going to look amazing colored, so stay tuned!
