When they were talking in the locker room about how their parents would react, and Isak said that his mom is crazy and he doesn't want mentally ill people in his life, I'm pretty sure that is when Even decided to end things. That's why he said that his parents "would have" loved him. He already knew he would end it. If you rewatch this season once you are all done with Skam, which I highly recommend, you will see how sad Even looks when he gives Isak that last kiss.

2019-10-05 04:38:17 +0000 UTCYour observation about the lack of adults in the show is correct. We often donβt see the faces of adults, especially in s3. I think the idea was to show how young people 1)often choose/need to solve some things on their own, and 2)many teenagers withdraw from their parents and often go to each other for advice.

2019-10-02 17:08:24 +0000 UTCJulie Andem, the mastermind and guru behind SKAM is really my big idol because of what kind of magic she can create. When the show and this season was happening in realtime in 2016 everyone talked before the "O Holly Night" clip, and was trying to guess what was going to happen that Friday. And we knew that the clip would be under 10 minutes.... it turned out to be 6,18 min. And everyone was afraid to be disappointed because everyone loved this season so much already. But now one was disappointed. Everyone was blown away about the 6,18 min of perfection we got!! And everyone was crying like you did for the rest of the evening!!β€β€β€ The "O holly Night" clip also won a prize for being be best tv moment in 2016 in Noeway.πππ And the show in general has got a lot of prizes!!β€

2019-10-01 18:16:42 +0000 UTCBipolar is a kind of illness. It doesn't reveal itself exactly the same way for everyone. But explained in an easy way..... Sometimes you have periods when you get almost to happy, and you think you can do everything and get a lot of energy and creativity. And it can feel good to be in that state and of mind, but also entering because you use a lot of energy and often get to little sleep, like Even who was not in bed when Isak was super tired in the middle of the night. And Even also payd a lot of money for the hotel suite. And a young boy like him normally don't have money to do that. So maybe he used everything he has in the bank, but we don't know that. And then there is the depression. Often the depression comes after a period where you have been manic but it doesn't have to come in an order like that. And in the depression periods you are really sad like Even was in the "O holly night" clip. It is of course different what you thinking about, but you often feel like you're not worth anything and you get embarrassed of your self and things you did while you were manic if you were that before the depressive period. And you get really really really exhausted in the way like taking a shower is a to heavy thing to do some days and you just sleep 24/7. This is a REALLY GENERAL DESCRIPTION. So don't take it like facts, but it can be something like this...So it's not difficult to understand that it felt scary for Even to tell Isak after what Isak said about his ill mother. But it's of course different with a parent and a boyfriend. Isak's father left Isak's mother last year in Eva's season remember. And to leave Isak back, all alone with his ill mother....it's not how a good parent treat his own son! He should have taken Isak with him. His mother is ill and that's not her fault. But for the father to leave his young son alone to deal with that alone......I get sooooo mad at Isaks father. It is actually a type of child abuse. Because he know she is ill. So it's not difficult to understand why Isak is angry and not so nice to his dad, and that he left and moved in with Linn and Eskild after Eskild hiding him in the basement before Noora left.β€
