Enhancegirl Comic - My Experiment
Added 2018-10-27 14:30:20 +0000 UTCHey guys. I wanted to show you something completely different that I am working on. This is a pilot comic based on Damselbinder's Enhancegirl stories - a series I absolutely love!
Ever since I started drawing, comics have sort of been that 'pipe dream' of mine. I thought, if I can draw my own comic, I can inject as much sleepy peril as I want!
Turns out, creating comics isn't that easy. Besides having to nail down the artwork, which I'm not that good at yet, you also have to nail down a story. Writing just isn't my strong suit! Comics are also time consuming as heck.
For my first story I was going to have Enhancegirl confront a thug, who gasses her to sleep. Simple story. Here's page one in black and white.
I'll post pages 2 and 3 in the coming days. If this works out, it'll be a really exciting new frontier for me!

Awesome SC! Your hard work paid off because I love this lay out. You drew Sophie brilliantly and the comic has a great sense of movement to it. Excellent stuff :)
