(Free Users Welcome) Interactive Post - Top 5 Burpers Of An IP

Basically, the way it works is you guys post an IP in the comments and I will list my top 5 favorite burpers of each IP, essentially the characters I like most imagining for burp scenarios. And with each one, comes a one sentence or explanation for why.
Per usual, free users are welcome and encouraged to engage as well. You can also ask for multiple IP's, but please stick to one IP per comment, just for simplicities sake.
