February Reward Requests Open + Merger Reminder & Update

I'm still working on rewards but was able to get enough January rewards finished that I'm comfortable opening up February rewards for all. If you still haven't requested your January rewards, as I said, you can request both Jan and Feb rewards up until the end of this month, or you can merge the two rewards for one bigger reward, depending on your tier. Also, someone had asked this and I decided, given how backlogged some rewards have been, it would be a fun compromise. While I'm only allowing regular mergers to be between two months max, if you're somebody who is owed rewards beyond January, if those rewards haven't yet been posted, you are allowed to use them to be merged with an even bigger reward OR to turn February into a merger reward if you got your January reward but not a previous month that was still in the works.
