Another tie! I could have done something with a two-way tie but, the three way tie created a definite conflict of concept.
"Accidentally self-inflicted" with "Accidentally inflicted by someone else" could have been written as "he gives someone a magic item and they accidentally trigger it". "Accidentally self-inflicted" with "Intentionally inflicted by someone else" could have been written as "he gives someone a magic item and they turn around and use it on him".
But, all three cancel each other out.
So! Now we'll vote with only the tied items. That should take care of it.
