54-year-old Jan Moffatt had been married to her husband Timothy for over 3 decades. Despite a recent restraining order, Jan answered the phone when he called on Monday January 26, 2015… but only to tell him she wanted a divorce. Timothy Moffatt had physically abused his wife for years. But Jan had no way of knowing that as she was hanging up the phone, he had just dotted the i’s and crossed the t’s of his suicide note…and was on his way to kill her first and them himself…
