She seemed to know just about everyone in town…the kind of social person who was happy to be friends with anyone she’d meet. After closing up the bar following a late night shift in the early morning hours of April 13th, 2021, Mariam headed home just like any other night…But little did she know that somewhere along the route of her 20 minute drive from Revery VR Bar to her driveway… someone began following her. Mariam was mere feet from her doorstep, when she was suddenly grabbed by a large man holding a gun, in the middle of her front lawn…
