Listening on Apple Podcasts or Other Apps

When you first sign up for Invisible Choir Premium on Patreon, you get what is called a "Private RSS Feed" or "custom audio RSS link" via email. This is a lengthy custom URL connected to your subscription which contains all premium episodes. You can in turn use this custom URL in most all other major platforms and listening services to "subscribe" to Invisible Choir Premium and listen to all premium and early release episodes on the app, just as you would any other show. The question is - how do you connect your private RSS feed to Apple Podcast or other apps so you don't have to listen on Patreon?
We have been getting this question a lot on social media and via DMs and email lately, so I wanted to put out some helpful information if you wish to listen to your Invisible Choir Premium on most other major podcast listening apps.
