It’s important to remember that everyone’s situation is different. But in Dover, FL, about a half hour outside of Tampa, 20-year-old Fatima Garcia Avila and her boyfriend 27-year-old Daniel Negrete decided to give a whole new meaning to the term “blood is thicker than water.”
