UNCENSORED - Guatemala Master (PT II)

(Part 2/3)  Rotten.com, Bestgore.com, Ogrish.com - the list of shocking gore websites that have appeared since the advent of the internet reveals a fundamental morbid curiosity with the human condition. The depravity contained in the grainy images and video capturing some of the most horrific and gruesome murders is enough to drive most to look away in horror and shame. But some people actively seek out this type of gory imagery on a daily basis. Others - are literally addicted. We secured an exclusive interview with a member of the “gore community,” the self-proclaimed subject matter expert of one of the worst gore videos ever captured in the history of the internet - the Guatemala video.

Special thanks to Hannah W. for granting us an unrestricted view into the gore community and her unique perspective as a gore consumer and subject matter expert.

** This episode includes graphic depictions of gore, domestic assault, and murder.  EXTREME Listener Discretion is advised.**

Comments

Hannah's take on "first world problems" is hilariously myopic and childish. Plenty of people in the "first world" experience threats to their livelihood, life, and ability to thrive.

I get told all the time that I am weird because I listen to true crime stories but I am very selective of what kind of true Of what kind of true crime I listened to because because I want want to kind That explicitly Lee dives into the victim's story and not necessarily the the perpetrator I like the fact that the bad guy gets caught and Put away and I like the stories being told about missing person's of Brown and black people because they are not told enough and I think they should they should be and because I'm a victim of domestic violence and I was a victim for 8 years and he got away with it I left with just the clothes on my back and he got everything sing and I tried to commit suicide after losing my marriage my kids everything after being beaten Demoralized told that I was a piece of crap people don't understand what that actually does to a person yes I have P TSD But listening to true crime gives me that feeling of that feeling of having that power back that I'm whole again You do your stories I am very proud of the way you tell them You do honor to the victim and the families and I appreciate that And because I suffer from P TSD I also have a problem trusting people And if it was not for my husband that I have now I probably would have been dead a long time ago And counseling it took 2 years of that going going 3 times a week I'm so weak Knowing that I was seriously messed up in the head and I became what I most hated very violent theory afraid afraid of everything and everyone around me So I shut my feelings off I had none none to give none to share No feelings whatsoever no empathy no anything I was hollow I don't watch Gore but I do listen to true crime and everything that comes with it and sometimes it can be a little bit Stressful for me but but I conquer it conquer it I listen to the shows and it helps me battle through And I have gained back my my feelings my emotions and my empathy and I want people To understand I don't believe in the devil I believe in the devil in the person and we as a people can can only stop the evilBy knowing exactly exactly what the evil is and that is us the peopleAnd we need to stop the evil
