After a lengthy preparation, his trial is eventually scheduled for October of 2012. But after realizing that no matter how many lies or intimidation tactics he deployed - his victim was ready and willing to courageously testify against him, he began plotting an alternative path to cover up the truth.

2021-02-04 16:03:53 +0000 UTCHe doesn’t appear to sound like he understands that this is TX, he’s killed a minor after extensive attempts to tamper with his rape trial. He needs to talk about his upbringing to try to avoid the death penalty, not how the trial itself supposedly made him a monster.
