Why did Holly bother putting up a defence? Just an evil laugh would have done. And having watched all YT and most Patreons BOTCT, Mara has become an excellent player. Arguably stronger than Blair and Tilly. But yet to ascend to Holly and Carly god-status.

2024-08-05 18:30:21 +0000 UTCAs an extra thought, the Yaggababble phrase was probably way too easy. Picking something that people are already likely to say multiple times per game seems counter to the purpose of defining a special phrase. It was unlikely to ever be discovered.

2024-06-07 14:26:23 +0000 UTCIt's kinda already been said here, but only 2 deaths that night would have required basically ignoring the demon's power and not rewarding the play. Also worth noting that between the Gossip and the Assassin, the good team were *lucky* they even got to have another day. As for the Hatter, aside from being an outsider who isn't really supposed to be helpful to the town, I think Tegan had it right. It means almost nothing to the game if it activates the first night there's a kill, because there is no existing demon information to be messed with, because there's no Pukka or No Dashi on the script. In fact, the only evil character who could have already secretly affected the game by that point (and therefore could mess with the town's info by changing role) is the poisoner.
